Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026.
Akalpurakh Roadlines Inc. ("AP Roadlines", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), where they apply.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Quote requests: your name, company, phone, email, and the details of your load.
- Driver applications: your name, phone, email, where you live, licence class, driving experience, preferred lanes and anything else you tell us.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't buy or sell personal information.
Why we use it
- To prepare a quote, book your load and contact you about it.
- To review a driver application and contact you about driving work.
- To keep business records the law requires us to keep.
We don't use your information for anything else without asking you first, and we don't send marketing email unless you've agreed to it.
Where it's stored
Forms on this site are handled by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which may store submissions on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it's there, it may be accessible to authorities in that country under their laws. We limit who at AP Roadlines can see submissions to the people who need them to do their jobs.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and the records of loads we haul for as long as we need them for the business and for legal and tax reasons. Driver applications we don't move forward with are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it (which may mean we can't quote or book your load). We'll answer within 30 days.
Contact us
For any privacy question or request, contact us using the contact details on this website. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
